Senior Payroll Specialist EMEA

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist EMEA to join our growing HR team in the UK. The Senior Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, complaint, and timely execution of payroll across multiple countries in the EMEA region. This full-time permanent position requires deep technical expertise, strong knowledge of regional employment laws, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Working closely with HR, Accounting, and external vendors, the specialist ensures seamless payroll operations, a positive employee experience, and strict adherence to compliance and confidentiality standards. Own and oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accurate and timely execution in compliance with local laws. Seve as the subject matter expert for EMEA payroll, advising internal stakeholders and escalating complex issues when appropriate. Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and external vendor to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (including Dayforce and iiPay).
