Senior Analyst, Label Administration

The Senior Analyst, Label Administration is responsible for preparing royalty statements and allocation schedules on behalf of independent record label and music clients. Primary responsibilities include informal supervision of staff, preparing royalty accountings, summarizing agreements, analyzing sales data files, setting up product metadata, preparing mechanical royalties, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or over 3 years of experience with royalty software experience. Must have working knowledge of recording agreements, royalty calculations, and royalty accounting software programs. Advanced knowledge of Excel is required, as well as strong time management and communication skills.
