Clinical Leadership and Oversight:
- Lead the development and standardization of Blackbird’s Neuropsychology assessment protocols and standards.
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children with neurodevelopmental and school-related cases.
Clinical Service Performance & Mentorship:
- Own the clinical effectiveness and diagnostic quality of the Neuropsychological testing service line.
- Provide clinical direction and strategy for the evolution of specialized assessment tools used to identify cognitive differences and atypical developmental trajectories.
Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure the delivery of high quality neuropsychological services and impeccable member safety.
- Monitor for compliance to all federal, state, accrediting agencies and payers as it relates to neuropsychology services.
