PadSplit is seeking a driven Account Executive with experience in sales or real estate who excels at building relationships with property owners and real estate investors. This role involves delivering a tailored value pitch on how the PadSplit model and technology drive superior rental income.
Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, hosting discovery calls, delivering value propositions, building and nurturing relationships with property owners to address concerns and highlight opportunities. The Account Executive will also tailor solutions, close deals, collaborate with onboarding teams, track and report metrics, stay updated on market trends, and host educational sessions.
The candidate will have sales experience, relationship-building skills, and is Self-motivated. Adaptability, a knowledge of real estate markets, tech proficiency, strong presentation skills, analytical skills, and team collaboration are also expected.
