National Director of Strategy and Marketing

This job is a senior role focused on leading and executing the company's proposal strategy to win new business and grow True Environmental's mission to provide innovative, impactful solutions for a cleaner, more sustainable world. Manage the proposal process, overseeing the entire lifecycle of proposals, from initial RFP review to final submission, tracking progress, and following up. Lead a team of proposal writers and marketing staff involved in the creation of proposals. Develop content for proposals, including qualifications materials, resumes, and detailed project descriptions. Maintain brand integrity and quality control across all proposal materials and submissions, ensuring the brand reflects True Environmental's expertise. Develop and implement proposal strategies.
