We’re expanding our work-from-home Chatroom Operator team. Every day Drips powers millions of automated, humanized conversations for our clients, but automation isn’t enough, and Artificial Intelligence (“A.I.”) isn’t perfect. Our team maintains the highest industry standards for keeping interactions humanized. When our AI isn't certain about a consumer's message, you and your teammates will step in to read, interpret, and categorize the response appropriately. Your accuracy is critical —your responses help train and improve our AI model. Key responsibilities include reviewing and responding to inbound text messages using pre-set canned responses, enhancing canned responses, and meeting speed goals. Maintaining a high level of response quality is essential. They are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, excellent grammar, spelling, and logical reasoning skills, clear and professional written communication, and reliable and responsible to adhere to a designated schedule.
