Clinical Training Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Deliver live virtual training sessions, including group sessions, small-group breakouts, and one-on-one coaching for new and tenured clinicians.
• Facilitate foundational, workflow, and application-based sessions, support clinical simulations, and provide behavior-based feedback to learners.
• Flex across different service lines as training priorities shift, maintaining cross-training to be effective wherever deployed.

Qualifications:

• Must hold an RN/BSN or equivalent clinical degree with an active, unrestricted license and possess 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• Requires 1+ years in clinical training, precepting, or adult education, with robust virtual facilitation skills and the ability to explain complex workflows clearly.
• Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and building trust with clinicians and cross-functional partners, with experience in instructional design frameworks.
