Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with minor illnesses and acute conditions.
- Review and act on blood test results, including FBC, U&Es, CRP, LFTs, lipid profiles and HbA1c.
- Develop and implement clinical management plans and maintain records using SystmOne.
Essential Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist with relevant professional registration and prescribing rights.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Primary Care and MSc in Advanced Practice (or RCN accreditation).
- IT literate, autonomous, and able to commit to at least 10 hours per week.
