Supervisor Clinical Trials Scientific Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily team operations, resources, and performance metrics for RFP reviews.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff while fostering a high-performing culture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of clinical laboratory experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Work Environment:

• Remote position based in the United Kingdom.
• Primarily sedentary office work with minimal physical demands.
• Flexible hours may be required for cross-team collaboration.
