This position in the South West of the UK provides sales support, customer support, clinical training and testing on all of Vision RT product range in a wider Radio-Oncology environment. This role involves significant fieldwork, with up to 80% of the time spent travelling to various hospitals across the UK, primarily in the South West, and potentially to locations in Europe. Ideally, they are looking for candidates based in Hampshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, West Sussex, or Berkshire.

We’re hiring Template Support Specialists to work alongside Heidi’s regional Customer Success teams and support clinicians using our clinical AI product. You will use your clinical knowledge to review clinical document examples provided by our users and transform them into customisable, high-quality note and document templates. You will also provide exceptional customer support to our users by promptly triaging and responding to inquiries to resolve their issues and queries.
