Role Overview:
- Design, govern, and evolve Numan's Behavioural Programme to shape patient experiences across coaching, AI, and content.
- Act as subject matter expert in behaviour change, obesity, and weight management, embedded in product squads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and governance of the Behavioural Programme, defining principles, mechanisms, and outcomes.
- Set the vision for the tech-enabled human coaching service with AI integration, aligned to clinical outcomes.
- Embed behavioural science in product squads to design and test patient journeys using frameworks like COM-B.
Cross-Functional Influence:
- Represent behavioural medicine at senior leadership and external partnerships.
- Partner with product, operations, clinical, brand, and content teams to embed behavioural science across the patient experience.
We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in behaviour change science and its application to obesity and digital health.
- Experience designing behavioural programmes across human coaching, AI, and content channels.
- Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels.
