Your role:
- Manage a personal caseload end-to-end, planning and prioritizing your diary to meet service and customer needs.
- Deliver holistic assessments using a biopsychosocial approach, considering medical, psychological and occupational factors.
- Develop, implement and review vocational rehabilitation and return to work plans.
Who you are:
- Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with relevant NMC or HCPC registration.
- Experience in case management, occupational health or vocational rehabilitation.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
