Intervention & Research Coordinator (Clinical Research)

About the Role:

• Reporting to the Head of Clinical Research, this role sits at the heart of the Lilly project.
• You will operationally coordinate the study, support intervention design, and deliver group coaching sessions.
• The role suits an experienced behavioural health practitioner combining clinical credibility and coaching skill with research coordination capability.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day research operations, including timelines, documentation, and participant communications.
• Collaborate with the Senior Behavioural Medicine team to design and refine the 6-week group coaching intervention.
• Deliver live virtual group coaching sessions, applying evidence-based techniques to support adherence and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• A relevant qualification in a behavioural health discipline and proven experience in weight management coaching.
• Strong grounding in behaviour change theory (COM-B, SDT, MI) and experience in intervention design or health programme development.
• Excellent organisational skills, group facilitation ability, and comfort with clinical processes and escalation pathways.
