Director of Technical Product Marketing

This position reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing for the ServiceNow Platform. We are looking for a leader who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for storytelling and technical marketing. This position will lead a team of talented demo engineers and technical product marketers on a mission to build world class product demonstrations showcasing the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Success is measured on the team’s ability to bring our top customer stories to life to support our global marketing campaigns, top customer deals, launch events and press engagements. You will partner closely with global marketing, product management, sales, solution consulting and our ecosystem to position ServiceNow as the leader across multiple product categories through innovative product demos showcasing our AI Platform’s product capabilities and roadmap. Your team will also directly contribute to generating and accelerating pipeline and increasing customer adoption. Your impact will rely on your competitive understanding the market and ability to build a world class team of technical product marketers with relationships across product, sales, marketing, and our ecosystem.
