Job Description
Lead and manage the centralized Long-Tail Management team across several markets. Own team performance targets and ensure consistent growth in partner portfolios. Design and implement scalable SOPs and workflows to streamline operations. Train and enable team members to drive partner value and operational consistency. Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and other cross-functional teams to align on strategy. Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and growth. Drive initiatives that improve the long-tail vendor experience and team efficiency. Support market expansion by scaling the team's structure, tools, and best practices.
