Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of engineers and managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and innovation. Demonstrate extreme ownership by taking responsibility for outcomes, decisions, and overall team success. Enhance internal capability by coaching staff on both technical and client-facing skills. Enhance delivery frameworks, QA/QC processes, and drive cross collaboration to ensure the team scales effectively.
Serve as a trusted advisor to generation and large developers helping them navigate ERCOT’s evolving interconnection landscape. Translate complex technical issues into clear and actionable insights that accelerate client decision-making and support project success. Lead reviews of interconnection studies and identify creative pathways to remove roadblocks and expedite projects.
Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute EPE’s growth strategy across ERCOT and beyond. Identify and pursue new service lines and products. Lead proposal and RFP development efforts. Contribute thought leadership through conferences, technical papers, and industry forums. Drive the development of internal tools and analytics that strengthen EPE’s position in the market.
