New Manager, AI Engineering

The AI engineering team is responsible for building the core platform that powers model training, inference, and decision making for our agents. The team owns MLOps, productionizing prototypes from research and providing deep ML expertise for customer support. The AI Engineering Manager will execute and deliver through individual contribution, taking part in planning and code reviews. They will lead and mentor a high-functioning team of engineers, providing guidance, removing blockers, and fostering growth. The manager will drive effective communication both within and outside the team, aligning on business goals to articulate vision, goals, and strategy.
