The Senior Manager, People Partners, supports the business by aligning our people strategy with business outcomes. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, a successful Senior Manager, People Partners proactively works with leaders to understand business objectives and challenges, collaborating closely with other areas in the people team functions to deliver people-centered initiatives that positively impact the business and raises the bar on employee experience. Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and employees alike while deeply understanding business context and people dynamics to shape talent strategies, coach through transitions, and lead change efforts with empathy, clarity, and in alignment with Articulate culture & values.
