Duties:
- Be a resource and assist Project Managers in maintaining the life cycle of the project from the notice of award to the final closeout
- Set up projects, extra work orders, transfers, or other amendments according to contract terms in Deltek Vision
- Assist with the creation and processing contracts
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts for accounting specific requirements and ensure timely completion of all specialized client billing needs
- Review project labor and expenses to ensure accurate posting to projects
- Follow through on all billing related issues to resolution
Qualifications:
- College degree in Accounting or Finance and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; or 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and excellent follow through
