What You’ll Do:
- Define and drive technical strategy for the advertising platform.
- Lead architecture and system design for cross-functional initiatives.
- Improve reliability, scalability, and observability of ad systems.
Who You Are:
- A technical leader who moves between long-term architecture and hands-on implementation.
- Skilled at communicating tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, and business needs.
- Passionate about mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar.
Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of software development experience with technical leadership.
- Experience with ad tech, distributed systems, and backend engineering.
- Strong API design, observability, and performance understanding.
