Role Overview:

• You will take a senior, guiding role in the evolution of a proprietary programmatic advertising platform.
• This is a back-end-heavy engineering role with an 80/20 split, collaborating with a data scientist and the CTO.

What You'll Do:

• Build high-throughput, low-latency services processing ad requests in milliseconds.
• Create proprietary AI agents for media buying and integrate with OpenRTB, DSPs, and SSPs.
• Own design and delivery of components end to end, while mentoring engineers through code reviews.

What We're Looking For:

• You have advanced Node.js and TypeScript experience with 5+ years in back-end engineering.
• You've built low-latency systems and have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, GCP, and AI agents.
• You apply architectural judgment in a real-time bidding environment where correctness matters.
