Responsibilities:
- Develops and systematizes current practice with standardized outcome measurements in therapy
- Collaborates with Shriners Children’s Medical Group for guidelines and protocol development
- Leads rehabilitation and therapy services departments in outcome usage specific to patient diagnoses
Develop and Coach Location Leaders:
- Develop location staff by way of facilitating and developing meaningful programs
- Develop and coach location leaders in contributing to departmental and programmatic growth
- Meet organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience specific to rehabilitation/therapy services
- Program development experience within a leadership role
- Skilled in presentation development and delivery
