Senior Demand Generation Manager

Lead full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and sponsorship channels. Partner with our digital agency to execute campaigns globally, ensuring alignment on targeting, creative, and optimization. Manage and allocate the demand generation budget across AMERs, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, optimizing investments by region and stage of funnel. Optimize performance of paid LinkedIn efforts and expand to include Meta, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Develop and manage sponsorships, including newsletters, podcasts, and targeted media buys. Collaborate with integrated campaigns, content, product marketing, and creative teams to produce compelling offers and assets. Measure and report performance against pipeline, revenue, ROI, and other key metrics. Work with marketing ops to ensure accurate attribution and actionable insights from campaign data. Continuously test new tactics, audiences, and platforms to stay ahead of market and AI-driven marketing trends.
