Job Description

As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Interpreter, you'll handle inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns, while also calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. You will escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. You will respond to requests for assistance and/or process payments, track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, and provide feedback on call issues to meet sales objectives. We're looking for someone with a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, and the ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Comfort with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems is also required. Customer service and/or sales experience and a college degree are preferred but not required.
