Control Tower Operator & Data Quality

Data Quality:

• Supervise and analyze data quality issues within the systems.
• Implement corrective and improvement actions to maintain data integrity.

Shipment Monitoring:

• Monitor shipments in real-time from cargo-ready date to departure.
• Ensure timely and efficient logistics execution in line with customer expectations.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Serve as the main point of contact between customer, origin offices, and control agent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare and continuously update operational and performance reports.
• Use data analysis to identify performance trends and drive process improvements.
