The Daily Beast is looking for a Breaking News Reporter to join their global team and deliver breaking news on weekends. In this role, you will identify and pitch stories that matter to their audience and write intelligent, exciting copy with a punchy attitude. You will collaborate with editors and other reporters to ensure comprehensive coverage and bring fresh ideas and angles that can further a story. You should be comfortable writing across a variety of topics including U.S. politics, world news, entertainment and media. The location for this role is flexible via remote work.
