Job Description
The DNC is accepting applications for our Fall 2025 Internship Program. Interning at the DNC is a unique opportunity for hardworking, passionate future leaders to gain real life, hands-on experience in Democratic politics, strengthen their understanding of the political process, and prepare them for future political opportunities. The DNC Legal team provides accurate and timely advice to the organization on a variety of legal topics relevant to a national party committee and its political activities. This includes advising on election and campaign finance matters, working on employment and labor issues, negotiating contracts, and providing training and presentations. Internship Responsibilities include drafting documents, conducting research, working with the Legal team to develop policies and processes, and attending meetings.
