Legal Internship

The DNC Legal team provides accurate and timely advice to the organization on a variety of legal topics relevant to a national party committee and its political activities. This includes advising on election and campaign finance matters, working on employment and labor issues, negotiating contracts, and providing training and presentations. Internship Responsibilities include attending mandatory onboarding/offboarding sessions, drafting organized and clear documents, conducting research and fact-finding, and working with the Legal team to develop appropriate internal policies and processes. Interns will also attend internal and external meetings as needed and perform other legal and administrative duties as assigned.
