Head up the data science team and ensure the excellence of data science models. Partner closely with the data Product Manager, Analytics Engineering Lead and the rest of the data team to design, deploy and drive trust in the best-in-class predictive models. Serve as a technical lead for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of predictive models that enrich the database of voters across the country.

The Community Director will run a team that serves as the frontline for data, tools, and strategic support for members of the Democratic data ecosystem including state parties, sister committees, and campaigns. Major areas of work include: managing a team of Community Analysts; setting the standard for support, collaboration, relationship building, training, and curriculum development.
