Job Description
The Community Analysts are the frontline of support for DNC Tech data and tech products, offering strategic support to members of the Democratic data ecosystem including state parties, sister committees, and campaigns. In addition to external support, the Community Team provides valuable expertise and insights into the user experience to the rest of the DNC Tech Team, working closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities include user support by answering and troubleshooting technical questions, training and skills development by partnering with the product team, ensuring documentation and usability of products, state party relationship management, and gathering user feedback. This team is responsible for facilitating a profound feedback loop between us and our community of users, in addition to ensuring our tools and products are well documented and utilized.
