Supply Chain PMO

SOP Governance & Process Excellence:

• Own and maintain all Supply Chain SOPs, ensuring clarity and consistent application across functions.
• Design and implement new processes for sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations to improve efficiency.

KPI Tracking & Performance Management:

• Define and implement Supply Chain KPIs aligned with business priorities, building dashboards for performance tracking.
• Ensure accurate reporting to leadership and support teams in driving corrective actions for performance gaps.

Data Integrity & Systems Ownership:

• Act as the key owner of Cin7 Core for Supply Chain, managing system configurations and ensuring high data accuracy.
• Train and support team members on system usage and best practices, bridging Supply Chain with technical support teams.

Supply Chain Budget & Coordination:

• Partner with VP Supply Chain to track and manage costs, supporting budget planning and optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate key supply chain projects, tracking timelines and ensuring alignment across stakeholders for transformation.
