Sr Quality Engineering Manager

Practice Fusion is seeking a passionate Sr Quality Engineering Manager to contribute to life-saving technology for doctors and patients. This role involves individual contributions in test development and execution, along with process and people management. Responsibilities include establishing performance goals, providing constructive feedback, implementing development plans, fostering team spirit, allocating workload, and leading quality initiatives. The manager will regularly report quality-related metrics and participate in compliance and process improvement efforts. Direct management of Quality Engineering team members is also expected. As an individual contributor, the role requires writing code in a C#-based test framework for REST web services automation, SQL proficiency for database verification, and cross-functional collaboration to improve Quality Management processes. Participation in Agile product development, exploratory testing, and root cause analysis of defects is essential.
