Job Description
The Automation & Intelligent Operations Lead will own the intersection of Delivery and intelligent automation to lead the triage AI agent, partner on CPQ enablement for Commercial, and implement the RFI–RFP assistant—shipping measurable outcomes with robust reliability and guardrails. This role entails integrating automations natively into HubSpot and Jira to reduce cycle times and increase quality. Some responsibilities include translating business rules and HubSpot deal attributes into models/workflows, defining precision/recall targets, and building lightweight automations for Delivery ops such as Go‑Live checklisters, MPAD validators, and SLA breach alerts. In addition, the role requires defining reliability SLOs, incident response, and roll-back plans for automations, as well as applying PM skills to scope, deliver, and iterate automation projects.
