CA Licensed DBT Therapist - DBT Master’s or Doctoral - Telehealth - Full-Time

As a Lyra DBT Therapist, you'll provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video to adult clients, assigning DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments to enhance learnings and monitor outcomes between sessions. An important note is that Lyra's clients come from a multitude of backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities, and Lyra strives to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care. Regularly, therapists connect with colleagues, attend weekly consultation team meetings, one-on-one consultation meetings with DBT team lead, co-lead DBT skills groups, and attend trainings for clinical skill enhancement. You always have a team behind you if a crisis comes up, and are never alone, even while working remotely in the US.
