The Customer Experience Coordinator will act as an advocate for the Felix platform and the voice of our customers, ensuring the highest level of care throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities include providing thoughtful, personalized communication to Felix users across all mediums (chat/email and occasional phone),working within the Felix partnership ecosystem by communicating with pharmacy, medical and logistics partners, ensuring timely order fulfillment, documenting user issues effectively, driving conversion by educating users, collaborating with other departments, and participating in product strategy & operations.
The ideal candidate has relevant experience in customer service, is technologically savvy, loves tackling tough challenges, and is a problem solver. Fluency in English and French is an asset.
