Order to Cash (O2C) Assistant Manager

Join the Corporate team as an Order to Cash (O2C) Assistant Manager to make a real impact every day. Reporting to the International Order to Cash Manager, you will help lead global O2C operations. This role ensures the smooth execution of the end-to-end order to cash cycle, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives across finance and payments. Responsibilities Assist in leading the O2C team, provide guidance, and train on the full O2C process. Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts receivable, provide feedback for process improvements, report on KPIs, support audit activities, and identify automation opportunities. Maintain strong internal controls and proactively address problem-solving and risk avoidance.
