Senior Product Engineer II

The role:

• As a Senior Product Engineer II, you will be the senior technical contributor for your team, partnering with the Engineering Manager to set technical direction and ensure delivery excellence.
• You will balance hands-on contribution with technical leadership, serving as the go-to person for technical decisions and architecture within your team's domain.
• You are increasingly outward-facing, representing your team's technical work beyond its boundaries.

What you’ll be doing in the role:

• Define Technical Direction: Partner with the EM to shape the team’s technical roadmap, strategy, and architectural direction.
• Drive Engineering Excellence: Own code quality, testing, reliability, performance, and engineering standards across the team.
• Lead Technical Discovery: Guide technical planning, discovery, solution design, and decision-making, balancing short- and long-term needs.
