Sr. Engineer

Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
• Conduct 1:1s, provide coaching and feedback, and support engineers in their professional development.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team growth strategies.

Hands-On Development:

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, setting the standard for technical excellence.
• Actively contribute to key development projects and unblock engineering challenges.
• Guide architecture, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Project & Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
• Partner with Product to shape epics, plan sprints, and prioritize the backlog.
• Own team-level sprint planning, delivery timelines, and status reporting.

Process & Technical Excellence:

• Champion engineering best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and team processes.
• Help define and implement the long-term technical strategy for your team.
