What you'll bring:

7+ years developing and supporting software in a production environment.
5+ years programming in an object oriented language such as Java, Python, C# or C++.
3+ years leading engineering projects and initiatives including distributed systems.

How you’ll grow:

Within 1 month: complete new hire training, learn team OKRs and product roadmaps, and deploy changes to production.
Within 3 months: begin operating as the access domain’s technical owner and lead feature delivery.
Within 6 months: design and maintain access platform solutions at internet scale and mentor engineers.
