Responsibilities:
- Lead as the technical authority for Deel’s Field Services segment.
- Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical challenges.

- Minimum 7+ years of deep, practical knowledge of the field services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of different offshore employment models.
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills.
