Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager on the Mood Boards and Communications team at Houzz, you’ll lead a small but talented group of full stack engineers building the creative tools that designers and homeowners use to plan and visualize their dream spaces. You’ll be responsible for driving the technical direction and execution of projects, supporting the professional growth of your team, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-impact features. Most importantly, you will nurture the team and allow team members to perform and excel. This role combines technical depth with team leadership in a fast-paced, product-focused environment backed by the strength and stability of a global brand. Our stack includes React, Node, GraphQL, PHP, AWS, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and more.
