AI Project Coordinator

The main function of the role involves performing detailed task analysis, defining quality drivers and necessary skills, and developing efficient testing/onboarding methodologies for Data Services vendors. The role also manages end-to-end production Control processes, providing feedback to suppliers, reporting on delivered productivity, and proposing action plans for improvement. The AI Project Coordinator will address client quality escalations, collaborate with suppliers for root cause analysis, and implement quality improvement plans for underperforming suppliers. Furthermore, the candidate will support data suppliers and provide timely answers to their queries.
