Technical Delivery:
- Hands on development using core tech stack: NodeJS/TypeScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with other Technical Leads and Architecture for consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in Sprint planning, retrospectives, and standups, providing accurate estimates and leading issue resolution.
Leadership & Management:
- Line management of 4-6 engineers, coaching design-first approaches like API-first, TDD, BDD, DDD.
- Proactively feedback issues and progress to Engineering Manager.
- Develop and review personal development plans aligned with company strategy.
Key Stakeholder Relationship Development:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and product owners.
- Assist in planning with well-thought designs and estimates.
- Collaborate across the business to understand business, commercial, and technical requirements.
