As a Professional Development Specialist, you will deliver onsite and virtual trainings based on customer needs. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining content to support training delivery, including course materials and asynchronous video modules.
You will follow up with customers post-training to monitor progress and ensure successful implementation, and collaborate closely with MagicSchool teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to understand and meet customer needs. This role also includes creating engaging, high-impact presentations to support training sessions and identifying opportunities for additional training or support based on feedback and usage data.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in education, instructional coaching, or EdTech training, strong public speaking and presentation skills, and experience supporting the implementation of technology-based learning tools. Travel demands will vary, with up to 75% travel during peak seasons and up to 50% throughout the rest of the year.
