Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and consumer-focused professional to join our Growth team. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Acting as a connector between CRM, Product and Marketing teams, this person will ensure that communications, events, benefits, and activations are aligned with our brand and deliver a superior experience to our customers.
Key responsibilities: Develop and coordinate customer experiences, events, and benefits that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with VIP, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and impactful customer communication. Bring the customer perspective into every initiative, ensuring brand experiences are relevant and engaging. Act as a bridge across teams, aligning initiatives with Sportingbet’s brand positioning. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and cross-team alignment. Work closely with Data teams to define success metrics, track performance, and generate insights to continuously improve customer experiences.
