AO Garcia Agency is seeking a passionate, competitive, motivated, dependable, hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and trainable Sales Representative to conduct virtual consultations with clients, assess clients’ needs and impart knowledge on solutions, and cultivate lasting client relationships through consistent, periodic check-ins. Other responsibilities include completing related administrative tasks as needed. Incentives include no cold calling, a qualified lead program, conventions and incentive trips, production awards, advancement based on performance, weekly advance and bonuses, lifetime renewals, benefits (Health Insurance, Life Insurance), union backed contract, mentorship and complete training, and industry leading tools and technology access. All interviews will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing.
