Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for sales teams, including Canon, dealers, and subsidiaries, to boost solution sales.
  • Observe, coach, and support fellow instructors, ensuring program quality and alignment with performance objectives.
  • Communicate program updates and identify necessary content changes, serving as the primary expert for supported courses.

Required Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 3-5 years of related experience in delivering skills and product training to sales professionals.
  • Proven sales skills and knowledge, with virtual training experience as a plus, and a background in roles with measurable, results-oriented objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and high-level facilitation skills, with the ability to complete a delivery certification process.

Logistics and Environment:

  • This is a virtual position requiring up to 75% coast-to-coast/overnight travel for instructor-led classes and field coaching.
  • Must have knowledge of digital technology and software in the print industry, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • The role requires driving for company business and the ability to work across flexible time zones within the United States.
