Job Description
As a Project Manager, you are the face of Neocol and main point of contact for the clients. You will establish a comprehensive understanding of client expectations and business processes and then architect and manage a plan to meet those goals. This position may involve travel. Coordinate with Client PM to own scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with Neocol team resources accordingly.
Work with internal and Client team members to successfully achieve project objectives. Work with other Neocol Project Managers to share resources across projects and maintain forecasts. Clear and effective communication on risks, scope changes, and an understanding of change management techniques and processes. Proper escalation and support provided for internal resource needs and oversight. Occasional travel may be required as part of this position's responsibilities.
