SAP Business Engagement Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead process analysis and optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies to identify gaps and implement improvement roadmaps.
• Provide SAP configuration support and functional guidance for system changes, migrations, and the evaluation of new applications.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, translating requirements into solutions and managing change through training and communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in core modules.
• Proven track record in process improvement projects and strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture and integration.
• Proficiency in process-mapping tools and project management platforms, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
