Software Development Manager - Consumer Apps

Lead and grow a consumer-focused full-stack team of ~12 engineers, ensuring high execution velocity, consistent delivery, and a strong team culture. Drive the development of mobile-first, consumer-facing web applications used by millions of shoppers. Work closely with product and design to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and deliver polished user experiences. Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, setting direction, prioritizing effectively, and maintaining alignment across teams. Establish and evolve engineering practices that support rapid iteration, scalability, reliability, and observability. Provide technical leadership: guide architectural decisions, review designs, and help your team level up in their craft. Develop engineers through mentorship, career planning, constructive feedback, and coaching at all levels. Partner with other engineering leaders to drive cross-team initiatives and improve our overall engineering operating model. Recruit top talent, help onboard new team members, and contribute to building a diverse, inclusive engineering organization.
