Senior Data Analyst, Specialty Care

What you’ll do:

• Partner with the Specialty Care Operations team to define key metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in business intelligence tools.
• Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analyses to answer emerging business questions.

What success looks like in this role:

• Develop tools and analyses that enable the teams you work with to hit their own KPIs.
• Reduce the amount of time teams spend manually pulling data to inform decisions.
• Develop dashboards and analyses that deliver ongoing value to teams.

What you’ll bring:

• You have 5+ years of working experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools.
• You are an expert in SQL, and have at least familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
• You have experience working with Looker or other similar data visualization tools
